Private Training Sessions
Your first appointment will range from 60-90 minutes with subsequent sessions around 60 minutes (depending on what works for you).
The first session is my opportunity to understand your brain through your injury history (concussions, scars, surgeries, strains & sprains, etc.). I may also require you to record how you walk and possibly some other assessments. With this information, I should be able to determine if/how I can help you and if we are a good fit for each other. The more detail you are able to provide, generally the easier the path to success.
You will leave every session with a series of neuro drills (usually around 3). It will be your job to try and master them by the next session.
